SHIPPING TIME
The goods will be shipped to the customer in the shortest possible time, usually the goods are shipped to the customer in 3-10 days (working days) from the confirmation of the order (unless otherwise specified). The package will be delivered to the address you provided when ordering.

Shipments are carried out by Pošta Slovenije, UPS, DHL or in some cases by private couriers.
RECIEVING AN EMAIL
If your purchase is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email with a list of products ordered, the price and shipping address.
LOST PACKAGE
If you do not receive the goods within one week of your shipping confirmation email, please notify our customer service by email or by calling the number.
WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS LOCATED
Once the shipment has left, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which will keep you informed about the status of the shipment.
